8. Why do I get the error message "A required class was not found in the system registry" when I install a toolbar?
Our toolbars depend on the Microsoft system library atl.dll. If this library hasn't been registered properly then the toolbars can't be intalled.

To solve the problem, try registering atl.dll manually:

Atl.dll is usually located in the directory C:\Windows\System32.

Right-click on the file atl.dll, select “Open with -> Choose Program...”, click Browse and find the program regsvr32.exe (usually located in C:\Windows\System32).

And then run the toolbar installation program again.
