7. I've installed a toolbar, but I can't see it in the Internet Explorer. What's wrong?
Perhaps third-party browser extensions are disabled. To check, go to the Tools menu in the Internet Explorer, then select

Internet Options -> Advanced -> Browsing

and make sure that "[ ] Enable third party browser extensions (requires restart)" is checked.
