5. I want to buy a toolbar, but I get an error connecting to eSellerate. What can I do?
The toolbar may try to download new software from eSellerate in step 2 of the purchasing procedure. The software download can be blocked by a firewall.
The following tips may solve the problem:
1) Upgrade to the newest version of the toolbar, or
2) If you are behind a firewall, try disabling it while going through the purchasing procedure.
