2. An error message tells me that a library file is missing when I install a toolbar. What’s wrong?
The toolbars requires newer versions of some system libraries than those installed with earlier versions of Windows 98 and Windows 2000. This article on Microsoft's web site describes how to update your system libraries if you are running Windows 98. If you are running Windows 2000 you will have to install the latest service pack.
