Meta data describes the content of a gallery. Associating meta data with galleries is very useful when organizing a large number of galleries. It can help you find a specific gallery, or all galleries related to a specific topic.
The Download Toolbar lets you associate a name, a category, a set of keywords and some personal comments with a gallery. This is done from the Edit Gallery dialog:
To open the dialog click the Edit Gallery button
