Lists of proxy servers can be found many places on the internet. The proxy servers are often listed on the form <address>:<port>.
To automatically add proxy servers listed on a web page to the list of managed proxy servers, first navigate the Internet Explorer to the web page. Then select Harvest... in the Cooxie menu.
